The French archaeologist Thierry Jamin said, following an intensive research, he did not find the remains of an important person of the Inca period in the citadel of Machu Picchu.
Speaking to an RPP (Peruvian National Radio), the specialist said that although he is not certain that these are the remains of the Inca Pachacutec, studies have shown that the cavity has a classic funerary structure.
